Fifth Anual Bowl-A-Rama for Animal Rescue
GRACE (rescued Memorial Day weekend 2006) is a fine example of why we do what we do.

RESCUE A GOLDEN OF ARIZONA is proud to once again partner with PACC911, and to be a part of this year's Bowl-A-Rama for Animal Rescue. The Bowl-A-Rama will be held on August 4, 2007 at Shea Lanes (32nd St./Shea Blvd., Phoenix). Last year we collected over $5000.00 to benefit our Special Needs dogs, which was down from the previous year. This year is going to be much better than any prior year. I can feel it in my bones....All monies raised by RAGofAZ for this event will remain within our organization. I know we can do much better this year, and I'm not going to rest until we at least beat last year's numbers. And, if I'm not resting, that means I'm busy writing emails to bug each and every one of you, over and over. Get started now. Ask your friends, family, coworkers, or even total strangers, for donations. The dogs benefiting from this year's event are in desperate need of YOUR help. Please don't let them down.
It's so simple to help these dogs. Print out the attached pledge form (pdf) and list of dogs that this year's event will benefit. Pick a dog you'd like to sponsor and collect pledges on behalf of that dog (you can collect for more than one dog). Return the pledge forms with the donations prior to the day of the event to Kathi Youhas, 14907 W. Eveningstar Trail, Surprise, AZ, 85374-4456 or can be dropped of the day of the event at Shea Lanes prior to 10:00 am.
Bowlers and other volunteers are needed on the day of the event. We need a really super cheer squad this year.
