During the donation process, you'll be directed to to Pay Pal, a well known and secure payment processer.
There you will enter the amount you wish to donate and whether you wish to use a credit card or an existing Pay Pal account.
Once the transaction is partially processed, you'll be asked to review your donation. About in the middle of that page you'll see "enter the name you wish to donate in." if you wish to make the donation in a dogs name or an individuals name click on that verbaige and enter the name.
